Many companis have bigger market and revenue such as Apple, MS... They only hired one CEO. Why Oracle need two(if not three) CEOs?

Because LE is an egotistical mo--n and can’t let go so by having 2 CEOs he can conquer and divide and call the shots while having deal with all the administrivia. Needless to say the company suffers hugely from having a meddling 70+ year old founder playing CEO part time and two completely unqualified people - SC and MH - being full time co-CEOs without the authority of a CEO. And the results this produces, speak for themselves!
