Never invest in your own company. Your betting with your paycheck and your savings. If it goes tits up just like Weatherford you lose your paycheck and your investments.
I nearly bought into that scam, but followed my gut feeling and stayed away from it. Feels like walking away from a car wreck without a scratch. I learned a precious lesson, you can always tell when a Weatherford manager is lying, his lips are moving.

I warned people about this scheme when they were rolling it out. The people determined to get into this and just knew they were going to make money were amazingly ignorant. Part of my posts were picked up by ‘Seeking Alpha’. I won’t say ‘I told you so’. Those s---ered into this have lost enough. WFT was trading in the six dollar range back then. Oh, the memories.
Just another betrayal by upper management on the rank and file employee. No surprise here.
