I am 20+ years and if i get the tap on the shoulder there is no way that I am coming back. If I am not good enough for you in May, how could I be good enough for you in June? I'll be the guy cleaning up kidpoop in aisle 4 at Meijers before that happens. No more nice vacations? so be it....

If you're like the rest of us you have no idea one way or the other. Deal with it if/when it comes up, keep optimistic! Take care.

You can return as a contract employee - many other managers have done the same as long as you don't sign a buy out.

You take a buyout there’s is no coming back. Only on a rare occasion is a former employee allowed to return in any capacity. And requires LL3 at least approval.
