Was notified by my GM that we would become key carriers in June, no mention of pay rate changing or any further responsibilities other than will be able to cover 1 hour with no manager in the building (presumably for lunches?). Everything has been really vague, anyone else have any other info on the subject?

all the team leads are key carriers at our club
2 will be 4 am and 2 will be 3 pm senority picks what shift they want for the block scheduling.
I've been a key holder with alarm code etc for over 5 years.. was before i even became a lead. Didn't get paid extra. so ill jump on that boat for an extra 3 an hour considering i've been doing it for free for years.
There is going to be 4 Key Holder Team Leads and they will get a $3 increase in pay .
Forget the money I don’t care to have that job
You just got s---ered in to doing manager responsibilities without getting paid for it. Eventually there will be one general manager and all the rest will be leads. Just look at what just happened. No Human Resources. Who took over that responsibility. LEADS. The new company motto. MORE FOR LESS
Did you ask your GM any questions about the new key holder responsibilities, and or pay?
