If the Pollack tx plant is safe, what about the Conroe Brandt location?

I wouldn’t believe any assurances I have been told there is restructure plan away to be activated along with a headcount reduction if enough staff don’t take the VERP, I have also heard at least one president or VP is leaving as part of the swamp drain. The shareholders have been told that cost saving measures will be taken as we ain’t making that many dollars.

The matrix scoring system is a waste of time.... if you brown nose management, go sick regular and take dr#gs you’ll get top marks and be safe.... take note.

There usually is a scoring method which considers age, work history (warnings etc), length of experience and attitude. It’s sometimes called a scorecard, typically NOV won’t fire people over a certain age, females are safer than males, certain ethnicities are safer than others, if you are an Aggie, ex Services all is a plus but the biggest factor is being a huge a-- kisser who never disagrees with his management. NOV used to have 63,000 employees it’s now down to just over 30,000, I think we started cutting good producing employees a while back, it’s not the employees fault in certain product lines that there is little work, there is lots of competition and most of our competitors are less expensive due to have less layers of management.

If your off sick all the time and take dr#gs you’ll be okay.
