Yeah which level of bigwig,,,,, Director,,,,, VP,,,,,President ... CEO ?.... he added hopefully
What big wig is leaving? They got the verp, but i doubt that they will take it.
Yep, even big Wigs are leaving!
Overpriced rubbish apparently
What is built at Conroe Tx.?
No we are talking about the Conroe tx location
Why aye - we are talking about Gateshead again, underperforming, overpriced and late product !! Our management really s---s I have lost count of how many management changes we have had over the last 5 years and consecutively they have been worse and worse. Sell us back to the Andersons for a ten poond note and let them show youse how to run a production plant
This is what happens when you sell over priced, under performing equipment. That you can’t deliver on time because of id--ts that can’t order material or schedule things to get things done on time.
NOV VERP offering is one year's pay at your base salary (minus withholding,s)
Insurance up to age 65 or for 5 years (whichever is less)
Any accrued vacation time
Age requirement plus service time must equal 72 years.
Just curious, if you know...
What are the typical NOV offerings for VERP ?
Is it 1 month per year of service or lump sum ?
And at what age is VERP being offered to ? 60's ?
When would we know if a layoff is going to happen? They shortened our hours already and offered Verp's.
If enough people take early retirement there may not be layoffs. I’d bet on both happening.
I hope the Conroe location doesn't do a layoff. I work there too and I'm worried.
Does anyone know about the NOV Brandt in conroe tx, some of the older guys were offered VERPS so does that mean layoffs are coming? (Sorry if I sound clueless) but could someone please explain this for me.
Verp in Oklahoma also
Excellent news !
I was just going to post the same thing. I was told it is coming!!!
