It’s like outsourcing your d--k. Not a good idea.

We haven't had our own drivers and have used XPO for 2 years.

They hired a new driver 1 week before they switched.

Started with horrible drivers but have a decent one now

When I heard we were getting XPO a couple years ago, looked them up.

Found a truckers' forum, current XPO employees were warning folks to not take jobs with them.

XPO is horrible. Steer clear of them. And leave Lowes all together. Its also absolute abysmal and terrible.

We had XPO here in the Mid-Atlantic. They got fired near the end of last summer.

Got an outfit called Spirit (same methods, different name).

Only real difference, Spirit is more likely to fire a subcontractor after a few complaints, rather than never.

I'm sorry to say this happened in the Northeast at least two years ago. We had a great delivery team and they are all gone now. We are left again with more complaints and issues then we ever had. I'm glad I left appliances before the CPO and XPO. Horrible customer service issues. I will most likely either take my own appliance home or buy somewhere else. I had my deck done last year, tip the driver before they left the store and still had a pallet of concrete and trex in front of the garage door.

Anyway, our team had about a months notice and were given information about working for XPO. None of them took a job with them. The only way to make money with XPO is to own your own truck up here. Most of the guys I speak to have found better employment. Good Luck...sorry about your situation.

I hope not, Lowe’s has a horrendous reputation for vetting & hiring qualified sub contractors.
