We go to day stocking in a few weeks and I keep hearing bad things about the 3 pm shift. What time are you getting out each night, what area of the club are you stocking and how much of the freight are you having to slot since the shifts are split. How many Walmart DCs do you receive on a daily basis along with water and paper

You don’t get points for punching out late. But you will for punching out early to keep from going into overtime later in the week.
The schedule is 3 - 11:30 so you leave at 11:30. They can't make you stay any later than your scheduled shift, with out incurring points. Yes, they say they will fix the points, but usually forget. One day you are told to work late, told no points, next day you get in trouble for punching out late and get points. Can't have it both ways.
I was on overnights during the time our club got rid of them. I took the 4 am shift. From talking to those who took the 3pm shift they usually got out at 11-1130 but sometimes later. One night I came back after close to work on a project and they were still there when i left at like midnight.
Not sure if anythings changed since it's been at least 6 months since i talked to any of them.
