Are any other markets having unannounced visits by corporate folks? Managers and ASMs are frantic in trying to get the stores cleaned up. Already heads have rolled in market 850. Good times!

Exactly right starts at the top. It’s store management that is the bulk of the problem by not managing the associates on the floor.

at the risk of sounding disrespectful, have you ever had a visitor from the corporate towers that ever impressed you??. Not saying that they're all nondescript but i have yet to be wowed by anybody from our organization
Sounds like my store! We have one that wanders the store looking for bargains to buy and sell on eBay, nd at least two more that shop on the clock.
I am an MSM manager and the fact of the matter is that red vests have sat on there hands for so long it is now impossible to get them to do anything. We have a huge list of things to do here and most aren't even started. No one cares, the supervisors are basically there because they will show up to work, not actually lead people. We have one that walks the building like a zombie and has been for 5 years now and nothing gets done. It all starts with leadership, so if you leader s---s, so will your store.
