Anyone have an answer for this?

There will be no raises and you are kind of stuck doing it unless you want to go to a different department and fall to the bottom and get last choice of what days you will have off. One of our leads was gonna step down and I told him if he stepped down he would be doing the same thing just a a lesser pay. All leads have become forklift operators or stockers with no night crew. The geniuses that came up with that idea of no night crew have no clue what goes on at club level and for everyone on days that thought it was going to be great with more people on the floor to help members how you feeling right now. Now if you are one of those clubs who receive one Wal-mart a day and a few water trucks a week I am not talking about you which dont matter because your club will be on the chopping block within the next year or 2. Day stocking s---s we look like we are going out of business
i heard they would get 3$ an hr
