Sad but true, the field guys just don’t have any more motivation to stick around. Shat on constantly by our own people tends to wear you down in the long run. I’ve still got a bit of brand loyalty but it’s beginning to run out, been with Weatherford all my oilfield life and given everything. Given up holidays, family life, you name it........time for a change maybe because as sure as hell they are going to make cuts and it’s us who always have to make the sacrifices first.
