They want to bring new reps that never saw checks like that and pay them a higher hourly and eventually just quarterly bonuses. They are using In store pick ups Tmp and voice to fire ppl to avoid the lay offs. You managers can’t save you the Midwest has seen the Most reps Asm and gm getting fire.
