I mean for now. We all know that these changes never end, but are we at least certain that they won’t come up with new ideas regarding the schedule for some time?

See the post about Team Lead changes. They just flip ideas on their head at a whim.
Change will always happen. When this doesn’t work they will make changes that s--- even more.
Next year they will reinsert nightcrew. It didnt work
