IBM is now selling off complete business divisions.
IBM laid off so many people over the past 5 years.
Some these people ended up working at customers.
Others joined partners.
Some started their own IT shops.
They all return the favor.
Oracle is no different.
Ex-Oracle people will be every where Oracle wants to sell.
They will sabotage and block quietly and effectively.
Revenge is a dish best served cold.
They are set up to rip the reps off. They are not an ethical company. May have a good product, but they should cut sales and market like a normal company plus refocus on image. But that is just my opinion, Larry built it and can do what he wants.
I left the IT Sector and i'm glad I did. I make the same pay, work less hours and have no stress.

I've seen countless people leaving Oracle to run a completly different businesses (ofthen their own) out of the IT sector... Oracle culture is so toxic that they manage to disgust people continue working in this industry.
