While you are getting rich, the organization will continue working to eliminate your position. You make it easy for them, no questions asked while they move towards the warehouse transition. I’m sure as a merchandiser you understand all about delivery minimums and why CAO accounts it went down and non CAO accounts went up! Explains how we can handle a single facing in these stores on so many skis after the last reset! Obvious gets more obvious! Told ya so!!!!!!! Hahahahaha
Yep this new dsd is keeping us going. Be thankful that our leaders have set up this 💸 🐄 for us. I'll keep making 💰 this way!! We'll be here longer than the other dsd companies thanks to our leadership 🙏! One team!!
That's right!!!!! We're the only company out there who can fend off A.I.,technology, automation in a steadily declining market with year over year sales and revenue declines and turn it into piles of profit. My DM said so. In fact, new cars and phones for everyone. lol. But seriously, I just don't see us spending hundreds of millions of dollars on DSD when they can use it in markets with potential growth. The 1960's and 70's are long gone. Time to catch up.

Way to go DC! In life you can’t control what happens, only how you handle what happens! Management at Mondelez is ugly! They could certainly go about this differently! Imagine if they told people what was coming and in order to retain help and thank them for their service they put together a retention package that would make people want to stay? For a CEO who makes $45 million and a board that approved it, let us see how greedy they are!! I don’t expect much!
I'm just relaying what they've been telling us. All good things must end. Enjoy life while you can.

Need to also consider the fact that in India, one of the emerging markets, Mondelez paid out after being caught and then acknowledging a SEC violation. $13 million dollars worth! All the posts on this site referring to ghost trucks, I know first hand this is true, you gotta wonder if it’s real growth or Mondelez “cooking the books”? I’ve been here long enough to know these allegations are true! Loading stores is a practice this organization has used for years and years! Directive from management!!
If course Mondelez supports DSD, this practice will cease to exist and true numbers will actualize. It won’t be pretty!! I’ve got evidence of being told to load my stores!! Hanging on to them.....just in case!! One day I expect the SEC to come looking!

We love facts, you just don’t have any. Share one link that shows growth in the US. Stock went up because they released dividend info. Analysts all state our stock is over valued. Stock price has zero to do with US growth, there isn’t any! Prove me wrong...

Not sure what your broker is telling you, but maybe consider looking into that.... not a good long term investment according to analysts
