Club Pick Up is being set up to fail. Just recently they opened up to where orders are pretty much unlimited as before they had a cap on how many per hour. Sad thing is that we do not have the staff to keep up with the amount of orders coming in and we are now seeing more and more orders not getting done in the time frame given.

I understand the idea of opening up for more orders BUT to not schedule more staff and expect the current staff to keep up with said orders? Good luck with that. IF you are from home office or a regional manager and you are seeing a spike in Club Pick Up orders not getting done on time please speak with those who word in Club Pick Up to find out what the real problem is? We will tell you and you can then ask the GM what they are doing about and hold them accountable.

Otherwise Club Pick in most clubs are going to be a mess until this gets fixed.

Club pick up jobs were moved into member service group into a dispensing/cart job and the merchandise group is supposed to pull orders now.

Team leads and club pick up are definitely getting screwed the hardest by this stupidity.

Really no one wins unless you are a hourly on the AM shift. And not many are cut out for 4 am either.

Member will suffer.

It's sad that the people that never did your Job are the one 's that make you work every week-end ! Bet they don't work every week-end. Member service I understand, but they are taking Partners away from there Family's. I thought they where a family Company? ( what Family ? )

We were told we have to work every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. No choice. We already have at least 10 irders per time slot and maybe 20 same day orders each day.

Since I’ve seen the teamlead changes I’m pretty sure we’re the workgroup getting screwed the most out of this.

Not trying to burn our anonymity but how many years have we put in this and most of us as leads at one point or another.

Me 23 years, 18 as a lead.

Funny thing is I can see the hamster wheel turning to where they say we don’t need order per hour limits anymore since we have all these people pulling. “Think of the growth”.

This will be an unmitigated disaster and the people who made it all possible will have a front row seat and in fact be the ones responsible for fixing it (if they aren’t pushing carts).

Oh in a year or so they will give us some stupid rotating schedule nonsense that the leads get and play it off as “see how we care and listen”. Ridiculous that in a job code where you will have no one to trade shifts with that there isn’t some flexibility worked in to this system.

Still no idea how this is going to work with the people who are supposed to be stocking pulling the orders. We do 350+ orders a week. Much less the knowledge and caring to do the order the way the members like them and the training/communication involved to do this. The fastest growing area in the club could turn into a giant headache for most clubs for many months after this starts.

Curious if these are days off you requested or said were your preference in your meeting or if your CM specifically said you will get these days? Also how many FT people will you have in the area after block scheduling starts?
