Is it true that receiving is the only department that gets off weekends

We were not permitted to take fri and sat or sat and Sunday. We had to work 2 of the 3 weekend days. This is for Backroom associates. So I got Sunday Monday off.
Every BR associate works one day. This is retail...... you don’t like it get a different job. A lot of associates work weekends and BR associates are not above everyone else. Even the managers and Leads work weekend. One day won’t hurt you!!!
Backroom will be 7 days a week. If no trucks you will stock on the floor, member service. No one is excluded. Read your job discription that was handed to you when job titles changed.
In our club, only one partner in the backroom on Friday. Absolutelty ridiculous. One of the busiest freight days of the week and the TEMPLATE calls for one early shift. Those geniuses at Home Office sure know how to sit in their cubicle and come up with these dumb a-- ideas
I'm in receiving and off weekends. I had seniority in the department.
1 Monday thru Friday
1 Sunday thru Thursday
Getting another one so not sure what they will work

Backroom is on Block Scheduling. One does get Saturday and Sunday. The others don’t.
Backroom isn’t on the block system.

At our club his is getting the weekends off. The other one getting Friday and Saturday off and then the other one Monday and Friday
Not true you have to work at least 1 day a weekend
