UP doesn't have any talent to manage.

It might be a better idea to have a "Recruting and Retention Strategy" breakfast instead. After they figure out how to recruit and retain talent they can talk about how to manage it.

Theres that word talent again. Seems to get thrown around rather loosely. If your talent is focused around UP, then you should probrably walk yourself into oncoming traffic.

When are all the men/women of UP going to realize you are just a number to a much larger agenda. The head is out to boost UP stocks for the shareholders, but this will be done at the cost of the people who get them there. Once the year ends all this will happen again. Here you all go, "Projections, Resources, Re-Structure ", "FY 2021 reduce operational personnel by 15%, Mechanical, outsourced....MOW 50%. Reference glass tower worker
