What do y'all think about that new CBL about us getting less PTO?

Right , you can qualify to get up to what you have been getting in past PTO time but you will have to work a lot of over time ( will receive about 20 hrs less per yr). Track your time and see for yourself. Truth be told
Yes it changed. We watched on a video last week at our meeting. It's based off how many years you have been there as to how it changed.
I have not seen any new cbl for PTO and nothing has changed! The amount for the year is the same the just changed the split between protected and regular. Smh
