I've said this before and I'll say it again:
Oracle DOES NOT have a ppl leaving problem.
They have a people staying beyond their welcome problem.
This is absolutely true about the oracle management. They are all sitting in their deck chairs on the SS Oracle having a fine time, doing nothing and raking in the cash. They will be the last to go, cause they decide who gets laid off, and it won't be them.
I'm working on it @Z5uuaMw-1qdc, just wish I started a year or two earlier. We now have the public face of pl/sql advertising how the database company he is working at "now" has designed a database for the cloud from the "get go". And our lead pm for the database team PA just left as well.
Oracle doesn't have any issue replacing employees with cheaper Indians h1bs

SQL server has been beating Oracle DB by commercial sales revenue since 2015.
Gartner numbers.
4 consecutive years.
AWS Aurora is displacing more Oracle databases every day.
Large customers in banking and retail.
They did this by taking Oracle's brightest people.
Growth companies are always more attractive than declining ones.
Stop being insecure about things you cant handle like others decision to leave.. If you feel dumb staying back or cant handle it anymore then just leave and feel super clever like the others.
