I heard all ford land is getting layoff?? Who is cutting the grass and cleaning the bathrooms?

On a call today with Ford Land people regarding an event. She mentioned that they went thru all their restructuring and layoffs in one wave in January. Nothing is happening with Ford Land next week.

GSRs will take turns mowing. Plus, we'll have to bring our own toilet paper.
Does this mean it won't take 8 months to fix simple building problems now?
Most of Ford Land went to agency many years ago.
