So I’m heading the team leads no longer undergo a block scheduling. Does this apply to the new found five front end leads as well ?

Im a MSS and was told today after already signing off on a 6 to 230 shift that I was going to have to work 1 to 930 i let her a-- know that I was not doing it The whole dam company can kiss my a--..Im freakin out of there
I was told today that there would be rotation of days off for mss leads but I was the only mss told. Now I understand why 2 days ago each one of us had to do a new availability sheet putting each day we were open to whatever they scheduled us. So there goes seniority down the tubes... again...
What happened to consistent days off.
UPDATE: Leads Mss keep same shift but now rotate days off. Merchandise Lead same. Fresh leads rotate open/close shift plus rotate days off in fresh.
The Merchandise leads are on block scheduling. I just got my schedule this week
