Ok, so after reading a lot of posts on here , why after all these childish games and out of control decisions this company makes would anyone want to stay ? The company sounds like it’s unstable and grasping at straws. Just like the “mad king” they will go down!

All these changes without giving anything a second thought. Just goes to show you that H.O.has no flippin clue as to what they are doing..wish someone would f--k with their schedule and days off like they are doing to the associates. Bet they wouldn't like it one bit..

As a fresh lead, this is bs. 3 straight weeks of split days off, constantly flip flop between closes and opens. If fresh inventory falls on a weekend, someone gets screwed out of their weekend off.

The company is losing more than just leads.. our club is losing alot of associates and not 1 lead.. we are told if you don't like it nothing could be done about it and you work it or sorry.. everyone is replaceable even leads so if they accommodate them then it should be for everyone since all associates would like to have a weekend day or weekend without having to use pto

Club communication was sent out to all managers last night around 630pm. All leads (NOT just Fresh) in the building have a new monthly set schedule. 3 open 2 closing shifts 1 weekend off a month that ends up being a 3 day weekend starting on a Friday. The company was losing too many leads due to the original block schedule arrangement. To make the positions more "attractive" they will be implementing the new schedule for leads. Most managers will be discussing this in a meeting on Monday then will probably have 1 on 1 sessions again with the leads in your building.

Except now you have to work earlier in the morning or way later at night when you switch across AM and PM.

I’ll just stay clocked in and sleep on a mattress instead of wasting a trip home for 3 hours.

Really nothing’s changed, this is how the scheduler would schedule. But for so many years it has been manipulated to what ever the manager wanted or which associate cried the loudest. Only now there’s no longer room for manipulating the schedule.

Stop trolling. No leads were expecting any weekend day off let alone both of them. Crossing shifts is the concern here when they differ so much.

Also would like to know what position you are in that you are so bitter about everything posted concerning people’s career decisions discussed here.

So I can’t open everyday? And have weekends off anymore? What is this?

Member Service Leads and Merchandising Leads will remain on either AM or PM shift whichever one you were initially assigned. Your days off will rotate every week and you will get one weekend off a month.

Fresh Leads will work approximately 3 opening shifts (6-2:30) and 2 closing shifts (1-9:30) every week with rotating days off and F/SA/SU off once a month.

Where is the logic in any of this. Doesn’t seem to be any.

Keep your assigned shift but days off rotates.

It's revised to nothing... Now they can work you anytime they want again. It's going to be a big mess...

No block. Can put you on either shift throughout the week.
