Someone that doesn’t care about retirement. Our stock hasn’t split in 25 years. The insurance isn’t great . I pay out of pocket 270.00 every 3 months. And for the people that thinks making $20.00 after 20 years is good money is crazy.

Younger, a short term job, they are treated better. it's easier for them to get time-off approved and get points taken off. They will bend over backwards to for them. They will get over-time if they want. So yea it's for younger people for sure.

Probably the type of person who considers pounding on his knuts with a rubber mallet while one person screams at him to do it faster and harder and another yells at him how poorly he does it an enjoyable way to spend 8 hours a day.

Wal-Mart is whack. They spend your wage increases on a new Home Office instead of you. Here you go 2% thanks. The associate is the last person in this company, believe it.

Right now it works best for people who are young, don't need to make a living or have a family. Someone who lives only for Sam's. You live and breathe Sam's Club. They want people who don't stick around. They're molding it into a more expensive Walmart.

An Ideal Sam's Employee

  • who has the wisdom of a 50 year old,

  • the experience of a 40 year old,

  • the drive of a 30 year old,

  • and the pay scale of a 20 year old.
