The majority of all the meat stuff gets done in the mornings at 1 o'clock it's all ready been won or lost and we made plans for our life on what they told us was going be our Schedule we can't plan anything with the new Schedule

Dude, they invented the whole “Alive at 5” program years ago because while you and your team were winning the 5am morning battle, the company looked like a battlefield with no help at 5pm and lost the war!! Now with MM’s requiring closing FM to post pictures of key areas of
the club everyday on workday, you have no where to run to, no where to hide.
Think of the bright side, breakfast is
the most important meal of the day for young, growing brains and you can be available 5 days a week to see them off to school. You are such a lucky and dedicated father!

Meat and bakery leads 6am to 230 every day. Produce and deli leads close 130pm to 930! All our folks have their conversations and papers are starting to b signed

Let’s cry because you actually have to close like you should have been doing all along. Never made since how floor leads couldn’t change schedules over the last 4 years. Omg those fresh areas got out of every single f---ing close. It’s ok the floor got f---ed again no openings now but hey what the f--- ever.
Go to literally any other place with the meat department they pay more there probably never gonna come out with certification pay they've been saying soon for 2 years at this point

^^ I thought the same thing, then I remembered that when I close twice a week, members come up to me all the time, asking for help in the meat department because there is only 1 person scheduled after 5pm, and that person is on their last break.

I have a photo of our new schedule but this site doesnt allow us to upload photos. Managers should be getting with all leads on the new schedules on Monday. 3opening and 2 closing shifts rotating through the month. It is a set monthly schedule. Personally I just wish they would quit changing it.
1-9:30 twice a week. Different days off every week. So in other words, consistency for everyone...... EXCEPT the best people you got, let's just screw them. Tell ya what, good luck.
