Bottom line; you get paid to work and do a job not provide constructive crititism of your employer.
its a shame that so many companies have become wh--es for the dollar. We love profit and the more the better, but when profit becomes the ONLY factor then you become a leech. Certainly publicly traded companies are far more guilty of this. We need more Chick-fil-A types and less of the Walmarts and Amazon's of the world
The business culture of today, guided by government just as the government schools are, is an unethical and violent workplace. There are no ethics any longer, no reason or logic.
Managers and individuals are all mercenaries, in it for the quick dollar and as much as they can get no matter how damaging their presence or procedures take the company and others.
Once a time where employees were free to share their ideas and be listened to has long ago departed, replaced with blind absolutism. If you work for Lowe's you are under the yoke of tyranny. Sure, we volitionally took the job, but that does NOT excuse the managerial and corporate lies and unethical behaviors.
The things Ive seen, heard, and witnessed in full by Lowe's representatives are appalling. Human Resources and all management exists to be a leader to subordinates, yet they are the opposite in every regard. They view employees as an expense, as a temporary, necessary scourge.
Lowe's does not deserve you. Their unethical ways and lack of guiding principles that shun reason and logic will eventually be their downfall. Its happening now, slowly, and you all see it. How long it will take this unethical mo--ns to ruin the company is yet to be seen, but its only a matter of time.
Get out while you can. Loads of jobs out there and NEVER, & I mean NEVER, allow unethical bs to go down without reporting it. News channels love stories, there are social medias and forums. Use every Lowe's resource - lowes.com "contact us", ethicspoint.com, email superiors, etc.
Report EVERYTHING, professionally, accurately, and succinctly. Have witnesses, and do your due diligence prior to filing.
Do it.
Most are scared, and live in fear. But trust me, its better to lose a job where you are treated like sh*t, then surrender your own judgement, values, and integrity.
