okay so they say Sam's Club and Walmart hire people with disabilities but with all these changes people with learning disorders and there's still work for the company for many many years it was all these new changes can't keep up with them are going to get terminated because they can't do their job because they can't read or count or exedra so what are these people are supposed to do that can't get disability because you're too high functioning and have looked for other employment it can't get another job so what the f*** these people are supposed to do

For Sam's club they need a wake up call. All they care about is money and not the people that have put in years for their company. I'm sorry that you have to go through this I wish you the best on finding a job or trying to get disability. Again do not listen to the first comment.
Many businesses hire people with disabilities. Why do you limit yourself to Walmart or Sam's club? Of course, you DO have to have a marketable skill. In today's world where customer service is no longer important and many tasks can be automated, companies do not need people to stand at the door and say hello. No one is going to give you a job JUST because you have a disability. You need to market yourself.
