They can use all the PowerPoint slides they want. The writing has been on the wall for at least the last five years. The year they took our medical insurance benefits to the high deductible said it all as well as taking away our dental care. They do not value the workers. Promotions were only done secretly and on the buddy system or golfing partner. MIP bonuses to high level engineers and managers only. The level 3 engineers and below can eat cake. This company can spin words all they want. This company is going by way of the dinosaurs.

@Z9KnYsz-1ytt really the situation is not what you are paying for your dental if you are happy with that great for you. I think the for me the biggest issue i have with the Sh#t brick company is the constant loss of benefits. Benefits that were listed as compensation in my offer letter for employment. My offer letter clearly states, what my pay will be and what my years of service would earn for vacation, health insurance and retirement. Its not me or other people having a hissy fit over insurance it is a loss of COMPENSATION ...MONEY! They are arbitrary and retroactively re-negioated the compensation that you agree to receive for a weeks work and and for some for a lifetime of service.
To you other point I did leave for green pastures, and if the is someone's main forum to release stress and anger, may be you should be focusing the energy on a resume update and job search. one way or the another the reaper is comming.
I pay the same for dental that I always have paid, I still get 2 cleanings a year. Jesus Christ you guys are the whiniest bunch of bithes. Why have none of you left since you think Honeywell has you bent over? Afraid to lose your seniority or tenure? If life here is so damed awful, that wouldn’t be enough to keep me here. Honeywell is doomed. There are some young VPs who are pure garbage. They will hasten the fall. These crooks will get their dessert. It comes back!
I was called into HR and they branded my EID to my inner lip in fluorescent blue ink. Anyone else have a similar encounter?

kwo - You may have dental but Honeywell does not pay for it, you pay the full group rate premium. Honeywell pays nothing.
