I’m aware that this thread might push some buttons with the people on this board. Not my intention to prooke anyone or stir the pot. It’s just that I see a much bigger level of disatisfaction regarding Sam’s and working there than I come across in everyday life at the company? Are people really that scared to state their feelings and opinions to their colleagues, or could it be that some people on this board a exaggerating the real state to some degree?

Did anyone else get a email about that survey and at the bottom it plainly stated to not forward the email to anyone else because that link to the survey was my personal link which means they know who is doing the survey. Very few people at my club knew about the survey. Most people dont get on the wire at work usually the leads and managers.
I thought that one of the purposes of this site is for people to "VENT" - if I need to be composed, business like and cheerful, I'd go to work and talk to my manager. Yet, all of us chose to congregate here and "VENT" - so, OP you seeing a ton of whining is to be expected. Maybe you should not be on this site as it was built for us 'whiners'. Now let us continue whining and you pick yourself a nice and uplifting site, Facebook has a ton of groups built with that purpose: to cheer you up...

O, we're real careful about who we talk to and where.
People at my club are all unhappy and hoping that it will all falls apart my June 22 nd. We’ve had some leave already and some looking. I can’t do anything in till I pay back my loan. Lots of people are going to Target. You can get full time and they will work with your schedule. The people that are staying don’t care anymore. It will really get back when the new schedule starts. God please pray for us all.
No offense but you must be fairly new if you actually think you can voice real concerns, complaints or even ideas.
Reality is people speak up when it's truly anonymous. People dont care on this site. Another news flash, those opinion/engagement surveys are not truly anonymous just in case you thought they were. They won't tell you but the new surveys have so many filters the CM, MM, RGM's know the specificsany times down to the person. MM's & regional managers threaten all clubs if they don't get a good score. Yet they are the biggest employee morale k--ler. So yea, people aren't speaking to you about how they really feel.
At my club they are dropping like flies. Waiting the 3 weeks til we change ...there is a lot of talk in break rooms and by the baler.

Managers get paid to spin things in a positive way — once they stop working at Sam’s, they stop that sh--. As for the complaining — it’s called venting, get it right.
