Honestly, other than layoffs, has there been any actual attempt to change the way things are done to improve our bottom line?
I don't think so. I think management hates change and wants to preserve status quo for as long as they can through layoffs. But there'll be a time when there's nobody left to lay off without completely crippling productivity. Then what?
