None of the Execs is based in Long Beach. They hardly come around. JZ opened an off in Downtown Manhattan to be close to home and Wall St. to be close to home and his WS buddies.
But, the buildings in LB are on a long-term lease, so they will probably rename HQ to NYC, but not relocate staff.
