Noticed many posts seem to have replies that show how great Xerox is. I call b/s - these are clearly Xerox sr managers trolling the page. I strongly suspect Xerox IT is getting IP addresses and assigning managers to go after those on this site when they post negative notes (like you Sean Littleman). Sad. You would think they would be doing more than storytelling (spinning) counter remarks on this site. Oh well, have fun your doing great.

I’d like to see this site revert back to its namesake...focus on lay-off topics. Certainly there are enough layoffs and rebadging at Xerox to keep the rumor mill busy! And, Xerox per capita is for sure doing more than the average firm... o matter what anyone says. It is not routine, nor sane business practice to do hundreds of layoffs every single quarter since, forever.
As far as blocking sites from Xerox IPs? That’s hilarious...wow. I can’t possibly use my LTE cell service at work...dah.

It’s so dumb. Everyone here knows about the site. It’s been discussed in meetings by our execs. Blocking it just makes it seem like there’s something to hide. I will admit there’s far more junk on here than when it first started. It used to be a good place for mostly truthful info, and now it’s polluted with trolls.
Our core discussed that. We explained that will just make people believe every half truth and over heard rumor that gets posted here.

You are delusional if you think managers or corporate officers care about what is posted here, with the exception of posting private data like the HCL presentation.
Why would they bother?
Any of the comments that mention snowflakes or fake news are likely trolls. Upper execs at Xerox and the cores that are butthurt that people have a space to express the truth about the shippy company we all work for.
