This weeks issue of BNYM propaganda centers around more Hamilton nonsense and
"Building a Culture of Recognition and Appreciation" - I kid you not. Amongst all of the constant layoffs and forced BE ratings they float this garbage out there.
Meanwhile the stock price continues to sink...... And those of us still left (although most of us are looking) keep coming into work, getting more work piled on our "shared workspace desks" waiting to get BE.
The company is unethical in its core. Don't for a minute think senior managers believe in WIN, or D&I, or the CoC or anything they harp on about, other than gorging from the trough for as long as possible. The little titbits strewn around is to create a smoke screen. Young and inexperienced people buy into a dream, thinking they are part of an elite financial institution. In reality, there is a cult of self-serving egomaniacs on top, who couldn't give a rats about anything other than extending their tenure.
