What about the assistant managers? We have families too to feed. Where is this company going....

Managers starting pay $46, this is sh-- pay for what you put up with. This is why there’s a steady stream of MIT’s rolling through clubs. Don’t get me wrong we have done good and some puss poor managers. You all gotta remember they let most of the good ones go.
Wait... Am I missing something? Were you not feeding your family before today when these raises were announced? Is Sams Club taking the food off your children's plates in order to give these lead positions raises. Stop being jealous. Marketing Leads don't do sh-- other than cover membership breaks and hog the color printer.

Leads (and mgrs, I guess) are being set up for failure. In four days talent, loyalty, busting a$$, dependability, flexibility, teamwork, etc etc etc etc, no longer matter. Failure is right around the corner. Watch it burn.
I agree. I'm an hourly associate, but this block scheduling rolling out from on high is making it so assistant managers cannot run their departments the way that they are supposed to. I get the feeling they aren't being trusted by home office to run their club, so home office has decided to run it for them, to everyone's detriment. Guess who takes the blame for everything falling apart? Managers and leads (I used to be a lead).
You know who else has families to feed? Membership leads. But hey they do nothing all day
