I know it's hard to accept. Especially for those who have been working it most of their working career. But this is true. They will continue to downsize then close some and turn others into fulfillment centers. They are pushing the Sam's Club Now stores. It doesn't matter how you think it's going. This is what the company wants. Just like people who don't want to self checkout or use the app. They will still push everyone into them. Then one day it will be the norm. Everyone needs to seriously rethink working at this place. We all see the changes are coming so fast. Do you really want to waste another 5 years (if that) then be shown the door without preparing for another field of work? Wake up! It's time to move! Stop being weak and wishing this would all go away. Pull up your big girl pants and better yourself before it's too late. This is not going away. It will continue to get worse. Why would you all choose to keep suffering when it's not going to end in your favor? Let's do this people! Don't let them win. They are sitting there in HO knowing you guys wont ditch them. Show them the opposite. Get fired up and make big moves in your life. Do not be a slave of Sam's anymore!

I see the writing on the wall. I just finished my 2 weeks. They can go down the toilet. I'm moving to better days. I found another job really quick too. Starting out making what I was currently at Sam's. It'll only go up from there. And more than 2%
We just had an 18 year associate quit in las vegas on fathers day. The day before that the club manager was fired. Don't know why the guy quit but I think we all know why. He was an exceptional employee who everyone liked and respected. He basically ran the electronics department. Really sad that he left.He will be missed
