B3 Singapore. 150+ ( 10% bonus) ~ 110k USD.
difference between B3 and B4 is just 5% bonus and $600 transport allowance.
i know of B3 with higher base pay than B4
Even when JS is hung in stairwell and decapitated, Honeywell covers it up better than Barry's birth certificate! His director took JS's MIP, I heard him yell "KA-Ching" when he heard that an employee off-ed them-self, and utter "Smuck" under his breath. Nice that Honeywell management feels the pain of the peons.

I personally know a band 3 with $113k.
I know at least three band 4, myself included, at 11x, 13x, and 14x.
Location is New Jersey, definitely a high cost area.

The bands vary based on location. So "high cost" regions like Torrance, Redmond, and others, the salary range is adjusted. In Phx is lower because AZ not high cost..fwiw

In terms of pay scales for each band level, it is actually not as cut and dry as one might think. There are multiple layers within each band level, and an individual's work performance, years of service, and position all influence the rate of pay, too. However, in the US, the range for a band 3 is $50,000 - $85,000, band 4 is $75,000 - $125,000, band 4 + is $90,000 - $150,000, and band 5 is $170,000 - $250,000.

The target (from the leadershit team) is $0 across the board. Employees here are liabilities, and should be treated as cost centers that need to be eliminated.
