How is it fair that the fresh leads will be making more than some managers?? Also, how about the years of services both leads and managers that have put in.

Also they'll obviously increase assistant pay after they eliminate 2 or 3 of them or else their is no incentive to become an assistant
Minimum salary for assistants is $48,500 which equates to $23.32/hour for TL to make that. Factor in a decent bonus and salary will be over $50,000
Managers, even the fresh managers, are not trained in food safety. They don’t know specs or understand rotation. They don’t plan for holidays or events. They can’t even do the remedial jobs their departments require. I’m a Fresh TL and I haven’t had a day off in months that I haven’t been texted or called by one of the fresh managers. AND my fresh department is considered one of the best in the company. That goes down to the hard work of the leads and hourlys. Not the managers. They simply get in the way. Let us make you look good. By the way I’m well aware how hard floor associates work as well. I know most of those managers spend the 4 am until another manager arrives napping in an office before getting in you alls way come opening time
Im a fresh Lead and starting pay put me higher than any other Lead in the club, other than other fresh Leads.....how does no one know this?
I'm a meat cutter ll and I make more than my team lead and fresh manager 2.
Back in the day it was the managers handing out merit raises left and right no wonder they make more than the managers.
Are fresh leads getting a pay increase?
I put in 11 years working my a-- off to be the meat lead for years we were paid well below industry average this was an olive branch to us
Glad you mentioned years of service. That would be exactly how a lead would/should make more than a brand new Mgr.
