Heard starting pay for all leads is now $18.
Others saying Fresh start higher?
Some saying Marketing Leads got no raise.

Floor leads are not going to be making $18 and hour. Never happening. Fresh Lead's start between $16-18 depending on experience. Been like this for a few years now.
Been with Sam's for 25 years. My job was eliminated in Dec. There was no other position available that allowed me to keep my wage and lost 10 percent of my pay. I am not a team lead, but I work very hard every day and I my attendance is damn near perfect. Any raise for dedicated associates. Nope, not in Walmart land. In your desire to make the TL positions attractive, you have managed to create devastating animosity in a already unsteady climate brought on by your block scheduling fiasco. Bravo.
Been with the company 27 years and now someone off the street a year makes what I make.

Marketing leads are not getting raises. I’m already use to this. Time to look for other opportunities.
Raises confirmed in morning meeting. Our manager gave confirmation.
@bii I would LOVE to go to meat and spend the day in there keeping to myself, doing my work, not answering calls, etc.. Compared to what I have to deal with on the front end.
You would spend an hour up front and be begging to return to your area.
I always love how fresh is the special place where you get more money but do less work.
I would LOVE to see you people talking c-ap to go in and do the meat lead job for one day. They are very deserving of this raise... as always there are a few bad apples, but all the meat leads I have ever met are finally being compensated for their hard work.
