Glad that they got that raise & I was really happy with my 2% this year...….. NOT We all have responsibilities!
That s---s if they did it in a morning meeting. That's poor leadership. GM sat down with MSS in office and went over what TLs are getting and that when we switch to leads what we'll get.

Our club just raised all team leads and Cos's $4. The raises are true it just happened in our location.
Team leads will be opening and closing the building. Forklift licenses and food safety tests are required. Do more, get paid more (for a change). Sorry for the assistants that will be cut.

This company is terrible.
No raise if you are already making the new minimum, but the cap went up for all lead positions so some will see a raise next year instead of a lump 2% check because they are capped.
Mss are also getting a raise. It’s $18 an hour
So most leads are already making 20 to 25 an hour. Are they still getting a raise?

Prepared Foods & Bakery - $21
Produce - $20
All other leads - $18
Communication came out yesterday, all lrads make $18-$22 an hour starting Saturday.
Are cos's getting it too
Not all TL's are getting a raise. MTL's aren't but yet all the COS'S come to me with issues they can't solve on their own. I'm DONE
Managers should of told just team leaders instead of calling everyone to a morning meeting and announcing that leads will now make 18 to 22.00 an hour... wow what a slap in the face to all the other associates..
Then your management team is not communicating the way they need to be. Our management got with us leads last night right after they got done with their conference call and told us about our pay raise coming to us and in effect this Saturday June22. $18 a hour.

We were told in the morning meeting how unprofessional to stand in front of associates and brag about what certain area TL can make and then drop the bomb on MSS"s that their not included but get as many credits and plus you can get us....work with a skeleton crew blah blah blah. This company never ceases to amaze me!!
