Started in 2014 at $8.90. Now I am at $13.26
I started in 2011. Went from carts to bakery to cafe back to bakery. 8 years. I’m at 13.81...

Started as Fresh Lead 2 years ago at $17.50. Gotten two raises since. I was brand new to the company.
Started in 1996 at $8.25/hr. I am at $23.50 now...

This company screwed over associates and "saved bucks" by instituting the pay level program. Before it you kept what you made regardless of what job you did. Imagine that keeping the pay you have earned already none of this oh you're going to a level A so we're taking away 2 dollars.
