It’s best to think on WFTs current situation like a game of Monopoly. In this game they bought a bunch of properties, some were good, some not so good. For example, Park Place and Baltic Avenue. But they spent most of their money hoping to cash in as the game went along. Then, they pull a Go To Jail Card and pay some fines (ie bribery). Next thing they know they have no cash and can’t pay rent on properties they land on. Only option left, sell some of those properties.

Definitely don't bend over, just smile and turn down work. They are handicapping us, so let them. It makes the day easoer and we can screw around more on the clock when we aren't working. We have policied and procedured us out of business, ride it down to the bottom!

Doors are only open so that the execs can keep skimming off the top. They are no longer receiving their bonuses in stock. Its to be paid ion cash. This should signal to every employee that even top brass fully expects the company to go under. That's the plan. If you are still employed by this train wreck take the money, use up your dental, but don't bend over backwards it won't do you any good.
On top of that, they spent all their money on random one off properties. Now they have no money to build hotels on their actual sets and are choking their income potential. Game over.
