Instead of raises they should be trying to hire people. We have close to 30 open positions. Makes every day so much fun.

Staff goal 80 associates get used to it
No one wants to work for this company. We have been down roughly 12-14 associates before block scheduling. Since block scheduling was announced and schedules set we have lost about 16 more.
The company needs to get its head out of its a--. Bump up the pay rate of cashier's, get rid of the runner program, be flexible with part timers, etc.
I agree... But now they will just make the leads take on more. We can complain that we are breaking our backs and they will probably say, well you are now paid to break your back. This place is too much.
