So what’s the catch on all of the lead raises? Eliminating managers? At my store my MSS literally wears sweat pants and the other one is bragging how she’s 24 and makes $18 an hour....good job Sam’s. Here I am a lead with almost 20 years experience and I’m going to get paid the same. There has got to be something else....

So now we play dumb!! If it's not your Dept tell them to go to their lead. Lol they should know the answer they get paid enough.

Im a fresh lead and because im over the base pay,i got nothing. New hires are making more then long term associates

Yep, 26yrs with Sam's and fresh leads will be making more then me, this is a slap in the face to the people that work our asses off for this company and this is how we are rewarded, BS
