Macy’s can’t keep workers in the store. It has a high turn over rate. Plus I think they will get rid of store managers in the next year

Cant keep customers because there are no sales people to ring them up.

In my Macy's people stay for a few days and find a job paying more. Training costs must be tremendous..
Cutting mgrs next year???
