No lay off at Jenks. There haven't been any.
Because all of the lay offs are Ramp and Service Track employees.... BUAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
I love how some of us at the ramp think that jenks guys dont do anything. I've worked at both shops and had a lot more work to do at jenks than I've ever been lined up here to do. Busy all day at jenks, but stand around here at the ramp. Hide in the locker room and talk here at the ramp. Why do you think guys like to be up here. The only think is the odd days off at the ramp. If the ramp had all weekends off this place would be all high seniority guys.
Vener* must have seen some employees not running in place or doing jumping jacks as they were waiting to sign off 20 hrs of work for an 8 hr shift! Shaking the bush boss, shaking the bush!

Nothing is happening here in NLR. All is well and everyone is working hard. And non of us are worried because we made good Life Decisions early in life, and those of us with 20-25 yrs on the RR are good. Nothing to see here folks.

First if we wait until something happens, then there's no need to post anything. Secondly, as far as people standing around not doing anything, did you check their work queue? You're obviously a white hat. I believe that ILQP is part of this problem. Oh noooo we're not looking at those times. Yeah right. H$!! If I seen a shop full of people signing off 20hrs a shift I would think there's a problem too. But it would be that there's too much time allowed for tasks. Not that we have too many workers. UP thinks if WE have 3 shifts signing off 20hrs of work, we need to cut workers. Then what does management do? Give them the same production numbers cracking that whip. What does UP do, oh we can make another cut. What does management do, give them the same numbers. What does the workers do, keep signing off 20hrs. So some has figured it out, sign off 8hrs of work, stretching it if we have to, while we watch you keep signing off 20hrs of work and lie about it, while you wonder is the layoff over with, nope.
See what the black suits fail to realize is that they are disrupting the natural flow of NLR. It's understood that you start off at the ramp and service track which are the more laboring jobs. And you finish up at jenks. Some have fell through the cracks, but most have paid the dues, multiple layoffs, following work to other states etc. I highly doubt if they want their most seasoned workers laboring like that. I can see the incident rate go through the roof instantly. Change that power assembly, ok boss. Ouch just hurt my back. You see they won't care until their money start leaving.
No mention of time but, if it stays the way it has been expect them every 3 months.
When is this supposed to happen. I heard that the jenks guys are just standing around most of the day. I bet more is added after the 40, you old phukers are about to meet your match. I see lots of you getting sent home lmao
Some people come here for information. Since everyone in management always says their the last to know. Maybe your high enough on your roster or non agreement to care others do.
