So if the backroom associates are considered as leads why aren’t they getting a raise? The new positions that are coming back there are getting a raise....

Do any of you actually know what a backroom associate is responsible for on a daily basis?
It does not sound like it. By the way, when it switched to backroom associate, the claims associates did get a raise but if you were a receiving clerk, you did not. If you read the new job title, it stated the responsibilities way before this change came into effect.
Well I wonder how things are going....hear that people in backroom are getting sh-- on because people on floor are just bringing stuff back and dumping & they are having to clean up other peoples sh--! That’s BS & no raise with all other stuff! Would like to see some team leads come back and do the stuff backroom associates do! Walk a day in their shoes before running your mouth!!
Only reason you are on the same level as team leads is be ause your position requires a high level of integrity. You are NOT a team lead.
Every other level C position is getting more and more responsibility and you want to get paid more just because they're getting more?
Selfish. Just like a backroom Associate: selfish.
Backroom associates are not leads. If you would like to be considered as such then we can add some more duties onto you. Because as of right now you guys are like fresh, you stay in your own little world and don't care if the club is in shambles.
Take your raise I will keep my weekends off.
You are a level c because you carry keys to open the trash etc. you do not supervise anyone but yourself. you are left alone to fend for yourself.
Back room associates are not leads. You don’t supervise other associates and do not have the Lead title. You’ve been weekend free for too long - it’s time you join the real retail world and quit asking for more than what you are entitled to....
Maybe because you are not a lead, just a level. You are already not a team player not wanting to help with merchandising as your title states. You are way over thinking your job.
What exactly do they lead? They should be a level B at best.
Considered a lead, you either are one or you are not.
