The Bakery team lead in our club is the hardest working person in the whole club, she knows more than most of the managers and I'm not kidding. Everyone goes to her with there questions and if she doesn't know the answer she will get the answer. The meat team lead is a lazy piece of c-ap and so is his crew. Our bakery lead knows and helps on cakes. bake wrap, everyday plus has to do all of her "work" as a team lead, placing orders, schedules , audits, loads, she fills category 37 ,answers the members questions, inventory. I could go on because there is more. She does more than 2 managers put together her crew agrees,they all have said if she quits or steps down there done.
No hate here. I for one think they deserve the pay. I wouldn't dare go near the fresh area. Too much to deal with. Three out of four of our fresh leads do an amazing job!
How do the team leads know what their raise will be? Where is the info posted? Does the prepared food/cafe/rotisserie team lead get a raise??? Please fill me in!
Tru dat same with the prepared food cafe lead. In charge of 3 areas and get paid less than team leads.
What's really pathetic are the ASM's who are salty because leads are ALMOST making as much as them.
Manager in training gets paid about 26 bucks and ASM's are looking forward to $5,000+ in yearly Sam shares.
This is a petty a-- post i for one could care less what anybody else is making im happy with the raise i got ,,i do feel like the cashiers and desk assoc do work there butts off and deserve a raise as well

Because they know that you people in fresh do not deserve the raises you are getting compared to what you do.
If anyone should be getting high raises it's front end associates be it desk, cashier or MSS's. Without those people on the front end dealing with the members and everything else you wouldn't even have a job. No customers......no one to give meat products to.

If you deserve it, congrats. If you honestly haven't earn it, start making good on the company's investment in you.
Here's what you do: get $22 in singles, bring it to the service desk, and make it rain on the MSS. Let them know what their place is. Just a hater in a green vest. Green with jealousy. You deserve it as a meat lead. You work harder, lift heavier, swim in a pool of cow and pig blood daily, and most likely still have to pick up the slack of the other leads who can't even do their own jobs right. Go meat!
