I have worked for the company since 1994, 90% of my time I have been in bakery. I know the department inside and out. I do everything from baking to decorating cakes. I even place the the bakery order when my team lead is off. How is it they will hire someone with only 5 year cake experience making $4.00 an hour more than me. The company needs to take a look at lng term associates and compensate the for all their time and dedication.

I would not worry too much about your pay. In about a year the bakery, HMS and Cafe will be automated and all products will come in frozen fresh.
If you think you have it bad think about the maintenance associates who now have to walk alongside the auto-scrubber and move the cones around so it will clean where it is suppose to. And they have to do it with no specialty training or pay increases.
Damn! How much do u make? My decorators make between $16-$19 an hour!!!
Part of the plan. They want long term people to take TL positions or quit due to paying less experienced people more than you make. They will keep this c-ap up till long term people are gone.
Wow!!!
100 percent agree
