It's pretty sad that mangers have tunnel vision and can only see things through their eyes and not the workers viewpoint. When you do point out flaws in something, you get completely shut down and made to seem like you are the crazy one.

You have to be part of the good old boys club . If you no what I mean at our club.
It’s the main difference between Sam’s Club 2004 and now. Opinions should matter, good ones are how you tell who is good and needs nurturing and bad opinions were teachable if they wanted to be.
