Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Workday Problems

I am curious to how many clubs have had a "great" experience with this sh-- show they call "Workday". Ever since we have gotten it my club, it's been a complete sh-- show. Team leads are losing all their associates under them randomly and getting inherited by the Managers. And there have been other problems as well. We have an associate that transfers back every summer from Arizona. She transfers from WalMart to Sam's, and since WalMart doesn't have Workday yet, they say there isn't a way to get the transfer done right now. So she transferred to WalMart. It s---s, she was the BEST center clothing associate I have ever seen!!

New hire, having issues with workday, been 11days since hire, and email after email incorrect, then get an email stating 24 hrs past the last as though never responded, I had THREE times, on three of same exact incorrect email, w bad dates back dated, then sends me the 24hr past saying login... Now login doesn't work, manager said would call back, didn't. Becoming quite frustrated and disappointed in the appearance of the so needed night position, making me feel not so needed or helped. I am doing everything I am supposed to on this end with nothing but a run around.

Look Wal Mart and Sam's are both complete jokes to work for period . I worked at Wal Mart in Wichita Falls close to one year and I've not seen a larger group of clowns since I went to the Barnum and Bailey Circus and watched the clown show you know the one where all the clowns come out of a tiny car...Now I'm starting at Sam's and hahaha.. it's more of the same bs!! First with the I9 then Wal Mart had my log in all jacked up and it's taken two weeks to get me hired . Today I went in and did my training on the glms whatever the f it's called and I have yet to get an actual schedule. I ask the manager and she says oh I guess you can just show up at !! I left my best and name tag in the office and it's gone told her several times I don't have it and today when I had no idea how long I was supposed to be there I got sick if that s..t and clocked myself out at 3. The manager was gone so I've got no clue if I come in tomorrow or if I even actually work for this place or not . I doubt you just say jmmmnI think I'll go in I don't know maybe like 2:30 or maybe not! What the hell is wrong with these people!
I'll tell you . The Wal Mart company is about to go completely automated and nobody really gives a flying f about their jobs because eventhough the company doesn't want to tell us ...we are all going to go bye bye so unless work is just your hobby we all better fine a damned job in a real company. Besides Everytime I hear about Sam Walton I get nauseous. You fools act like that was freaking Jesus or something. Wtf

I'm in a battle with trying to get workday going. The sent me a new username and password, doesn't work. Told a manager and she said to call the 800 number on the email or correspond with them by email, basically said i have to take care of it myself. Well, there is no number to call and the emails I received from them regarding onboarding, etc says DO NOT REPLY. lmao. Thinking long and hard if I want to work for this type of management.

There is a way to transfer to/from Walmart. It is a big headache right now and a lot of work. But it can be done. Are they just too lazy to do the right thing for the associate?
